Pre-Mastering

If you do not have the capability of pre-mastering your source data, Immodicus can perform this for you as a service on selected disc formats. Immodicus will accept your data by e-mail, on a floppy disk or on a cartridge and burn a master CD-R for your duplication or replication project.

Files too big to email? No problem. We can easily set up a folder for your company on our FTP site. It's fast and simple to use.

Creation of hybrid CD discs and other pre-mastering services are also available. Please call in with questions about DVD-R pre-mastering and authoring.

CD-Recordable & DVD-Recordable Duplication

CD-R duplication is the fastest and most cost effective way to produce multiple copies of the master disc. Any quantities from 1 piece to 500 or even several thousand CDs can be produced on CD-R media in a matter of minutes or hours.

DVD is the next generation of five-inch digital optical disc technology and is truly a revolution in digital media. Most common recordable DVD-Rs have a capacity of 4.7 gigabytes and will store 9 hours of music (as much as seven audio CDs), and it is the equivalent of 3,400 floppy discs. High gloss photo quality label (available for CD-R or DVD-R, for images up to full graphics, no minimum quantity)
Print direct (available for CD-R only, for images up to full graphics, no minimum quantity
Thermal printing (available for CD-R only, recommended for spot colors, no minimum quantity)
Screen printing (available for CD-R and DVD-R for graphic images up to 6 colors, 500 pieces minimum)
Full Color Dye sublimation printing for CDs and DVDs

Immodicus regular turnaround time for CD-R duplication is 2 - 3 business days, however, 1 day or even the same day turnaround service available. Please call in for DVD-R turnaround time.

CD-ROM & DVD-ROM Replication

For larger quantities of CDs and DVDs (over 500 pieces) and if long lead time (7 to 10 business days) is not a problem, replication is the most cost effective solution. While screen printing is the standard decoration option for replicated discs, your art work may be of a nature that offset printing will achieve a better result. Consult with us if you are concerned about this. Also, Digital Printing is available which is both very good looking and can individualize each disc or groups of discs. While it costs more it can result in a more effective marketing program which translates to over cost effectiveness.

Diskette Duplication

Yes, Immodicus still offers diskette duplication on 3.5" media and occasionally gets a request for it (go figure!). Only the highest grade of media and best Trace and Rimage equipment are used. Immodicus' quality control program throughout the manufacturing process assures 100% accuracy. Most orders can be processed in 24 hours or less.
